Overview

ArchAI is currently in private beta. This policy describes how we handle your data during the beta and will be expanded with additional detail (GDPR / CCPA rights, third-party processor disclosures, data retention periods) before general availability. Questions? Email support@archaidevice.com.

What we collect

When you use ArchAI, we collect your account information (email), device identifier, and the audio and transcripts of your conversations with the assistant. We also keep payment information through Stripe.

How we use it

Conversations are used to generate responses, improve the service, and troubleshoot issues. Audio is processed by Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Polly, and responses are generated by Anthropic Claude via Amazon Bedrock.
